:: Processing & Packing

Our simplified processing techinques ensure the fish quality is maximised.

We use a mixture of our automated & manual processing conveyors within a temperature controlled environment. The fish are packed whole in various packing styles.

Once packed, the cartoned fish are stacked on pupose built racks & taken immediately to our blast freezers.

The whole process takes less than 1/2 an hour from factory to blast freezing and the fish temperature is monitored every step of the way to optomise the product quality.

Below is a list of the packing sizes & styles we have previously packed for each of the species. You can request a different packing style or grading range by emailing our Factory Manager . He will liase with the Marketing Team to submit an offer for you.
